To attract customers to place orders, we suggest you pick 1 or 2 countries or regions as your main sales countries and provide Free shipping for customers from these countries. For other countries, you can set up Standard or Express shipping for your customers to choose from.
Here is the guide to help you set it up step by step.
一. Connect store & Authorize
Please make sure that you have connected and authorized your store to our FlexCreate correctly. If not, click here to know how to make it happen.
二. Add Shipping Zone & Rates
Click here to learn more about the shipping zones offered by FlexCreate and the corresponding countries under them.
According to your pricing strategy on shipping and the shipping zones we offered, list the shipping zones, countries that you want to add, shipping methods, and shipping rates clearly on your end. For example,
1 United States: United States – Free shipping – $0.00
2 Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Austria – Free shipping – $0.00
3 Rest of Americas: Canada, Mexico – Standard shipping – $5.00; Express – $25.00
Then set the shipping zones and add rates for your store based on your strategy above.
① Free Shipping Settings
Log in to your Shopify, head to Settings -> Shipping and delivery -> General shipping rates, and click Manage.
Click Add rates for FlexCreate Fulfillment
Then there’s a general shipping profile created successfully for FlexCreate products. Click Create zone to set your shipping zones and add rates.
Name the shipping zone as needed and add countries under it. Enter the name of the country and check the box to choose it. You can keep adding more than one country here.
After creating the shipping zone, you can add rates for it.
Click Add rate and name the rate as Free Shipping. It means that you’ll provide free shipping for orders placed by customers from this shipping zone.
Save the changes. Congratulations! You complete one shipping zone and the rate settings for your main sales countries.
② Standard & Express Shipping Settings
Let’s take 3 Rest of Americas shipping zone as an example, the shipping zone and rate settings in your Shopify store are the same as above.
三. Retail Price Settings
Let’s emphasize the shipping zones, shipping methods and shipping fees you set in your store, this is very important for us to set the retail price properly.
1 United States: United States – Free shipping – $0.00
2 Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Austria – Free shipping – $0.00
3 Rest of Americas: Canada, Mexico – Standard shipping – $5.00; Express – $25.00
To make sure that you keep your margin, you should add the shipping cost properly to your retail price when you publish our products in your store.
Calculate the maximum shipping fee difference between our most expensive shipping cost of the shipping method you choose and the cheapest shipping fees you charge from your customer, and add this maximum shipping fee difference to your retail price. That’s it.
For example, I try to publish one pair of high heels to my Shopify store, and I check the shipping cost of the United States, Europe and Rest of Americas that FlexCreate charges.
Noted:
Standard shipping methods: YunExpress, J&T Express, EMS, and 4PX.
Express shipping methods: DHL/ FedEx
Make a conclusion below, it is clear to see the maximum difference between FlexCreate shipping cost and shipping charges in your Shopify.

So you should add at least $16.00 to the retail price to keep the profit margin. Since the recommended retail price does not include both the shipping cost and the branding cost, I suggest you add the branding cost to the retail price as well. Hence, my final retail price of this product will be $35.98+$16.00+$2.00=$53.98.
